1. Winninglays.net does not guarantee that any or all of its tips will be winning tips.
2. The service is available only to those over 18 years of age.
3. All payments received are strictly non-refundable.
4. Winninglays.net cannot be held responsible for delays by any provider in delivering our emails to your inbox and no credit will be given for late receipt of emails. Only in cases where our email server fails to initiate the transfer at least 30 minutes before the first selected event on any given day will your account not be debited for winning selections.
5. It is your responsibility to ensure that email communications from us to you are not diverted, blocked or discarded by any Spam filter or Firewall.
6. Winninglays.net does not guarantee that any forecast price will be available for any event.
7. We reserve the right to change our terms and conditions at any time.
8. We can suspend your subscription for periods if, for example, you are away on holidays provided you inform us at least seven days in advance. We cannot suspend it for short periods or recurring periods e.g. every Sunday.
9. We reserve the right to alter the cost of our service at any time. We undertake that any existing credits in your account will not be affected by any change in the cost of our service.
10. Our selections are for paying subscribers only. You undertake not to divulge our selections to third parties by any means whatsoever. Failure to comply with this condition will result in your account being cancelled immediately without refund of any balance outstanding.
11. Winninglays.net does not encourage gambling and accepts no responsibility for any losses you may incur. We offer a calculated opinion only and it is entirely your responsibility as to how or whether you use that opinion. You should never gamble with money you cannot afford to lose.
12. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are not in breach of any law when placing bets on any exchange. Winninglays.net does not endorse or encourage any individual, entity or group to breach any law applicable to them, and you indemnify Winninglays.net against any legal action arising out of your use of any mechanism to place bets or the monetary, social or legal consequences of placing bets.
13. Our site carries advertisements provided by Google. Winninglays.net has no control over the content of these advertisements and the presence of these advertisements on our site does not in any way indicate our endorsement of the advertised products and/or services.
14. Winninglays.net has no control over the content of any other site to which you may be sent by direct or advertiser links on our site. You indemnify Winninglays.net against any legal action arising out of any interaction you undertake with any external site.
15. If for any reason Paypal fails to forward to our account payments made by you to Paypal, you accept that this is a matter of dispute solely between you and Paypal and you indemnify Winninglays.net against any and all actions or losses as a result of any such dispute.
16. By subscribing to our service, you acknowledge that you have read and accept all our terms and conditions.
