If you are contacting us because you are a new subscriber and have not received a confirmation email from us:

1. Please first check that our emails have not been sent to your Spam folder. When you open your email service, look for info @ Winninglays.net in the From or Sender column. You may want to add this address to your white list.
2. Go back into your Paypal account and double-check that the email address you provided is correct. If it is incorrect, send us the Paypal transaction reference number and we will amend your email addresss on our system.
